Credit System

  • Credit Deduction: Each time you create an invoice, your credit balance will be deducted accordingly.
  • Credit Top-Up: You may top up your credit balance to continue using our services.

No Refund Policy

Credits purchased or used for creating invoices are non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

Schedule Feature

Using the "schedule" feature incurs a charge of two credits for every invoice generated through this schedule.

User Responsibilities

You must ensure the security of your account and promptly report any unauthorized access. Using Cuan.sh for illegal activities is strictly prohibited. You are responsible for ensuring that the content and accuracy of your invoices comply with applicable laws and regulations.

Prohibited Use

You may not misuse Cuan.sh for unauthorized or illegal purposes, including fraudulent or deceptive practices. Such activities will result in immediate termination of your access to Cuan.sh.
